I took my daughter to Little Angel Theatre, and she talked about the story the whole way home. We usually stick to our regular kids’ theatre because I’m a bit loyal like that, but this place may have won us over a little.

It wasn’t just cute puppets either. She picked up a few new words, asked loads of questions afterwards, and kept trying to explain what happened in her own way. It made her think, but not in that “this is school” kind of way.

The website was easy enough to use too, which always helps when you’re booking around family chaos. I still feel slightly guilty saying it, but we’ll definitely be keeping Little Angel Theatre on our list now.

Booked my tickets really quickly — no fuss at all. Everything went through smoothly, and I didn’t run into any problems.

We were sitting near the back, but we could still see the stage really well. The kids had no trouble watching the puppets at all and didn’t feel the need to keep shifting around. It’s such a lovely little theatre.

My kids enjoyed parts of the show, but I thought the age rating was low. A few bits were a little slow and kind of confusing for my 4-year-old. The theatre itself was cute though, so I’d just say check the show details carefully before booking

I took my 4-year-old and she was completely hooked from start to finish. She laughed, joined in, and talked about the puppets the whole way home. It was such a lovely little show, and I’m so grateful we found it. We’ll definitely be back

We had a really easy, relaxed day here with the kids. They felt genuinely welcome, which makes such a difference when you’re out as a family. I’d asked a quick question beforehand and support basically replied along the lines of, "No worries, families are very welcome," which turned out to be exactly the vibe when we arrived.

Am I missing something, or are the seats just really uncomfortable? I wanted to enjoy the experience, but my back started hurting quickly and it kind of ruined it for me.

I really wanted to give this a chance, but the show moved way too slowly for us. My kid started getting restless early on, and I can’t blame them. At a certain point I just decided it wasn’t worth pushing through and making the rest of the day harder, so we left bored. Might work for others, but it wasn’t for us.

We really enjoyed the performance. The puppets were lovely and the acting had so much charm. Reading between the lines, you could tell a lot of care went into making it fun for the kids without talking down to them. My little one stayed completely glued the whole time, which never happens!

The tickets were really fairly priced for what we got. I took my little one and, for once, they stayed happy the whole way through without me having to constantly entertain them myself, which was a relief. The theatre is small, but I didn’t mind that, it actually made it feel more charming. Compared with a lot of kids’ stuff in London that costs a fortune and still somehow feels like a hassle, this felt like money well spent. I’d definitely book again

Customer service felt a bit slow to me. They did get back to me and ended up sorting out my question, so I can’t really complain too much. My gut feeling is that they’re trying, but the whole process could be smoother. Not bad overall, just not super quick

These stories were really lovely. My little one actually sat still, stayed quiet, and kept smiling the whole time, which is a win for me lol. Definately happy with it.

The kids seemed to enjoy the workshop, so that was good. I did feel like it was a bit unorganised at times, though maybe I’m just being picky. Overall it was okay, but nothing that really stood out.

I’m usually a bit suspicious when companies go on about things being “artisan” or “crafted with care,” because it often sounds like polished sales talk. But these puppets genuinely looked handmade in the best way. The kids loved all the tiny little details, and they’ve already been played with loads.

It’s a really lovely, cosy place with a nice relaxed vibe. I did enjoy being there, but I have to say the communication wasn’t the clearest, which was a bit annoying. A little more straightforward info would’ve made the experience even better.

The site was easy to read and finding accessible seats was straightforward. I didn’t feel stressed at all, just found what I needed quickly and… yeah, it was simple.

The staff were really nice overall and greeted us with smiles, which I appreciated. One person was super helpful and pointed us in the right direction, but then another seemed kind of rushed when we asked a question. Am I missing something, or was it just an off day? It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just felt a little inconsistent.

I was impressed by how clean and tidy this little theatre was. You can tell the staff actually care about the place, which says a lot, there’s really no excuse for public venues to be messy when people are paying to be there. Nice, comfortable experience overall.

We liked the area the theatre is in, and it was easy to find, which definitely helped. The only downside for us was getting there with the kids, it took a bit more planning than we expected, and parking wasn’t the smoothest. I can imagine it being much easier if you’re local or taking public transport. Overall, we had an okay experience, just not the most convenient outing for our family.
